Conference rooms should fit like a good pair of shoes. Tailoring begins by addressing key factors like whether meetings are collaborative discussions or arenas for distributing information; whether they’re typically composed of large groups, or (most frequently) four to six people; whether meetings are mostly scheduled ahead or impromptu. All these questions have bearing on the location, size and orientation of the space, technology it provides, and systems for managing noise and scheduling. We kinda like figuring all this stuff out, and we’ve got a lot of great ideas for getting the most out of your meeting spaces. To say we’ve got it all covered is a pretty big statement, but… yeah, we’ve got it all covered.
