CLIENT
The Iowa Bankers Association supports member banks
with banking products, services and events to ensure
members success. The IBA relocated into a spacious
office building in Johnston, IA and partnered with Kirk
Gross and WorkSpace Inc for its new environment.
SPACE CHALLENGES
Prior to the move, IBA was located on 3 separate, dark
floors in the same building. The existing floor plan
was inflexible and they were quickly outgrowing their
space. Sufficient on-site training facilities were needed
as educating members is a large part of their business.
SOLUTIONS
The selected furniture has a more interesting, less
traditional aesthetic allowing more flexibility. The open
floor plan established functional individual and work
areas. Key areas include an executive conference
room seating over 30 individuals and a relaxing coffee
bar area.
RESULTS
IBA now has an aesthetically pleasing, light-filled
environment. Their space promotes a forward thinking
organization in which their employees and members
can work and learn together. |
